A bilheteira do auditório abre 1.30 horas antes de qualquer espetáculo e encerra 15 minutos após o seu o início. De terça a sexta-feira, das 10 às 19 horas, e aos sábados, das 14.30 às 19 horas, o serviço de venda de bilhetes funciona no balcão de informações da Biblioteca Municipal.

A ocupação dos lugares na sala será feita por ordem de chegada, seguindo as indicações dos assistentes de sala.

Regras de utilização do Auditório Municipal

(de acordo com as normas da Direção-Geral da Saúde)

É obrigatório o distanciamento físico de 2 metros no acesso ao recinto e às bilheteiras (a lotação da bilheteira é de 1 pessoa);
É obrigatório o uso de máscara no recinto e a higienização das mãos à entrada e à saída do mesmo;
A abertura de portas será feita 1 hora antes do espetáculo;
Recomenda-se a chegada antecipada para evitar maior ajuntamento de pessoas;
Os espetáculos têm início à hora marcada;
A lotação é limitada em função do cumprimento das orientações da Direção-Geral da Saúde para os recintos de espetáculos e espaços culturais;
Prevê-se a existência de lugares individuais e para coabitantes (2 lugares);
Não existem lugares previamente marcados;
A entrada no recinto e a indicação dos lugares serão acompanhadas por assistentes de sala. Os espetadores devem cumprir rigorosamente todas as instruções dos assistentes de sala e não poderão trocar de lugar ou deslocar-se pelo recinto sem motivo justificado;
Durante os espetáculos, o público deve permanecer no seu lugar. No final do espetáculo, deverá aguardar a indicação dos assistentes para se levantar do seu lugar e sair do recinto;
Não será permitida a permanência de espetadores no interior do recinto após o final dos espetáculos;
Nas instalações sanitárias, apenas serão permitidas duas pessoas em simultâneo.

The Auditorium ticket office opens 1.5 hours before every concert and closes 15 minutes after it starts. Tickets will be sold from the Municipal Library’s information desk from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Tuesday to Friday, and 2.30 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturdays.

Attendees will be greeted and shown to their seats by ushers and by order of arrival.

Rules for use of the Auditorium

(in compliance with the regulations established by the Directorate-General of Health of Portugal)

Attendees must maintain a physical distance of 2 metres from other attendees while entering the venue and at the ticket office (only 1 person will be allowed into the ticket office at any one time);
A face mask must be worn within the venue and hand sanitiser used upon entry and exit;
Doors will open 1 hour before each concert;
We recommend arriving early to avoid large numbers of people gathering;
Concerts will start at the time stated on tickets;
The venue’s capacity will be limited in order to comply with the guidelines issued by the Directorate-General of Health for concert and cultural event venues;
There will be seats for 1 person and seats for 2 members of the same household;
There are no previously reserved seats;
Attendees will be greeted and shown to their seats by ushers. Attendees must strictly comply with all instructions given by ushers and may not change places or move around the venue without good reason;
During the performance, the audience must remain in their seats. Once the performance is over, attendees must wait until ushers signal that they can get up from their seats and leave the venue;
Attendees will not be allowed to remain inside the venue once the performances have finished;
Only two people will be allowed into toilet facilities at any one time.
